my heart skipped a beat when I saw Who What Wear's latest email newsletter; they've launched their 2nd book, this one, entitled What to Wear Where gives outfit suggestions for over 50 events. If their site and daily fashion tips are any indication, I'm sure this book will be helping me out of many fashion emergencies...
